That's a whitetail, less likely in Europe. I don't think they are native there. It is probably in Canada, a French Canadian.

That is pretty cool. My aunt had a pet buck one time but he got to rough while playing with my little cousin. They took him to game farm where he grew to be a very big 12 point.
