I've heard if you wrap them in Spinach leaves and flash freeze them they fry up nice. Do you do that or have you tried it?

I have et the roots but never flash freezed em. The only flash freezing I remember doing was as a kid in VT going and hitting the outhouse at midnight when it was about 30 below zero! :whew:
