Today was my first time out in about 10 days, my mom is in the hospital and been stretched thin. I went to a new farm and started calling with the female invite and about 20 minutes in i see her at 600 yrds coming my way :eyebrow: Its one big open cow pasture and had several new born black angus calves laying around. You are on top of the hill looking down on it with the river at the end of the property were she came from. She wouldnt respond to distress rabbit she would stop so i went back to female invite, when she got to the bottom of the hill i lost her in a blind spot and after about 5 minutes i got up and walked to the fence so i could see were she went, :shrug: and saw her about 60 yrds to my right, i went to pups in destress and she ran right buy me on the other side of the fence less than 3ft away and went to the caller, she stuck her noise on it and turned to leave when i shot her.

Been watching the boards and seeing the fur and ages getting better. Looks like in a few weeks I will be getting out.Been 2 years since I been coyote hunting other than the leisure time at LBL....
