Title: CCing At Your Range
Post by: yotefever on December 09, 2012, 12:02:42 PM
I was at my club yesterday sighting in a different scope on my yote gun and forgot they have a no loaded weapons in the club house. Do your clubs have the same policy???
There is beer there but most times there is no one drinking and the state allows you to carry in bars but you can not drink and they are not posted.

Ours has a no alcohol policy on the range, but I'm not sure about the ClubHouse itself regarding loaded weapons. Ours must only be for the elite upper class cause I dont recall the actual cost but to have access to the ClubHouse was as pretty good sized additional chunk of change.

Our grounds are alcohol free. The exception is if the clubhouse has been rented and then they sign a waiver that they are responsible for any problems caused by their serving alcohol.  As for weapons the only ones allowed inside the clubhouse are those being carried by concealed carry permit holders.  If they remove it, it must be unloaded at once.  Other firearms inside the clubhouse have to have the action open.

We abid by state law at our's, Weapons carry is permitted as long as that individual isnt drinking. We dont allow alcohol on the range of course but it is accecptable at the clubhouse.

No alcohol on the range I belong to.   We don't have a club house.
