Il bet you just keep peaking through the window and smiling and stoking up that new fireplace :laf:
You better freegin believe it :eyebrow: You couldnt have been any more spot on.
Actually I got three windows open as I type this
No more fuel oil bills :jump:
Sweet, I wish we would get some.
Pat
Id like to get a few inches myself. Sure would help me figure out some new places to set my traps. I dont want nothing like we got a while back though :nofgr:
Our biggest problem...well...MY biggest problem I should say, is that I dont even feel like hunting until we get some snow.
It's like it is so much a part of the norm that I feel like it's just a waste of time until it snows.
Further north by my daughters they are expecting up to 15 inches :eyebrow:
Yotefever..you reading this? What are you guys at now for snow? I dont think your quite as far north as they are.
You have the snow, we have the rain. Personally, I think the rain is O.K. for a few more weeks.
So do you think the 15 inches of snow will be enjoyed by the girls?
Jerry
I'm pretty sure they will enjoy it. :eyebrownod:
One... it could be a day off school for the youngest...at least a late start.
Two...they both own snowmobiles.
But being young, they'll be sick of it as fast as they welcome it.
I think the school should require anyone with a snowmobile to come to school. Of course on their way in they will need to stop and pick up their teachers.
Jerry
Thats a good point :eyebrownod:
That sure looks good.
I live two blocks west of Milwaukee co. and all we got is rain with a few flakes(and I am not talking about Milwaukee residents) with the rain.
My in laws live NE of Antigo where I see the wolves and I also hunt north of Milwaukee in the Kettle Moraine.
I got out Monday morning for a few hours before I picked up my four y/o granddaughter( she is great with my calls, even the open reeds).
Here is what it looked like there. No need for snow shoes but that is what I usually need to hunt there. Less people in the woods at that time too.

This is a panorama pic (three shots together)
Ahhhhh yahhhhhh :eyebrow:
:yoyo: SWEEET!!!
That third one of yours, Yote, looks like a painting where they hide a critter in there somewhere. I couldn't find one, though.
Man I thought this was going to be a killer NORTHERN pike photo. :doh2:
We got our first real snow fall this weekend too. I think I shoveled and snowblowed a combined 17" over all.
That too would be Northern Beauty, Todd. But from a whole other spectrum. :eyebrow:
Boy that sounded sophisticated didnt it
