I know I know....
The Robertsons and Duck Dynasty again right? :innocentwhistle:
Take a look at this shot ole man Phil made on a deer from the duck blind one day. By the way...who keeps a scoped rifle in the duck blind?
I love these guys :thumb2:

The better stick to ducks!! A smart hunter would have waited for it to hit land to shoot it. :innocentwhistle:
Looks like an old video too?
Yeah that was actually before Phil was big time. Filmed in 1997
DNR would be knocking on the door in Iowa. :holdon: Looked like He ruined some backstrap to boot! :nofgr: :rolleye:
Yep, I'm pretty sure it is illegal to shoot deer in the water. :rolleye:
Not in Alaska, but not my first option.

In Kentucky it is illegal to pursue, chase or take deer, elk or bear while
swimming. I think you would be okay taking one that is wading, but I wouldn't want to wade in to recover it. :noway: Of course, those guys were duck hunting and probably expected to get in the water anyway.
Pat
Thanks for clearing that up, Pat. I always thought if they were in the water they were safe. But not anymore............ :laf:
Question though: What if they are just sort of treading water and not really swimming. OK to plug 'em?? :wo:

The breast stroke...if they're doing the breast stroke you can take em. Cause they're just showing off anyway mainly.
