I got four new calls comming out. I need to come up with names for all four calls before I can start work on my packaging for these calls!
I figure what better way to get ideas than to have a contest! I'm going to list the calls and if anyone can come up with a name that sticks, I will send them a free custom call for there idea!
Call #1 is a Bird distress call (Closed reed)
Call #2 Is a distress call that will be voiced in Cottontail, Jack Rabbit, Fawn distress, Chicken distress. (Closed reed)
Call #3 Is a open reed call that will cover most ranges, Jack, Cottontail, Fawn, Deer Grunts, or Bird distress.
Call #4 will be a enclosed open reed for calf bawls.

I have not finished up the designs on the calls yet for pic's. They haft to be engraved yet as well. I'm working on my packaging to get a jump on it, just saving time if I can. And in order to do the inserts for the packaging I need to come up with some names for the calls.
I got some new woods just have not had time to turn them yet with doing two sports shows the last two weeks.
Howlers are on hold till I get all the back orders filled.

I have to agree with Todd. Unless you only want them named ONLY for the sounds they produce, without seeing the pattern of the calls, knowing if they will be a specific color combination, specific material combination, etc there is no way to come up with names that "really" fit each one of them. Almost any call can be tuned for the sounds you will be using, so that's only part of the story.
At this point all I can offer is:

The bird distress call is named! "Kee's Bizzy Bird"
The distress version of this call will look just like the Black Bird distress call only it will be 3.500" long
