New animal to feed…. :rolleye:
I ended up with nearly a full case of .45 ACP factory test ammo when my dad passed away last year, he was a gunsmith as some of you know. I did not have a .45 ACP so I went about selling some of it off. Then one day, a few weeks ago, I was in my local gun emporium and BS factory when low and behold there in the display case laid this chunk of scrap iron and Tupperware. I made the mistake of picking it up and petting it… then the darn thing followed me home. No, it’s not a $2000.00 custom rig but it is a limited production, new in box Ruger P-97DC. It was bought to use, not to look at. So far the ol' work horse has digested everything run through it and has proven itself to be quite accurate for my use. :eyebrownod:

I used to have one of those Chet. It's one of the guns I traded off that later I wish I would have kept. Very good shooter.

Very nice :congrats:
Any Ruger, in my eyes, is worth owning. :eyebrownod:
The good thing is that you had some food for it already and that he/she (probably she since they make a LOT of noise) is happy at your place.
