Title: New style gas cans that DONT leak
Post by: FinsnFur on April 14, 2013, 09:26:15 PM
Is there such a thing?
I thought the Federal government wanted lids that automatically closes to avoid spills, and would also provide child safety. As far as I'm concerned the new cans CREATE spills, and instead of added safety they have added more danger. :doh2:
I've got one I paid $15 dollars. I about puked when I seen that price tag. It leaks when you pour gas from it.
I bought a small one the other day for the chainsaw. Paid $12 buck for it. It leaks like a stuck pig when you pour from it. All over the tailgate, the hot saw, all over your hands and pants. MANN is that safe! or what?

Do they make one that dont leak? Does anyone have one?

It's all part of the conspiracy to waste gas like waiting at stop lights or left turn arrows with no cars turning left.

Then Canada must have followed the US's lead.  I had a friend who found some 5 gallon cans two years ago in Canada that work really well.  I think he brought 4 back and when his brother saw them he wanted two of them.  Sorry for the bum advice.
