Title: Too Funny
Post by: JohnP on December 27, 2013, 04:11:04 PM
DAYTON â€" Police arrested 34-year old Tracy Waters yesterday morning after she allegedly set fire to her husband Dave’s 2013 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab in a rage over her Christmas gifts.
“He gave me a slow-cooker and these red nylon crotch less panties with a push-up bra,” Mrs. Waters told police.
“The bra had tassels for [bleep] sake. Tassels.”
Police have charged Mrs. Waters with arson, assault with a weapon (“a 4-gallon ceramic crock pot with corn-on-the-cob pattern”) and using foul language in public.
Mr. Waters told the Dayton Daily News that he was excited about his gifts for his wife and doesn’t understand why she became angry and turned violent.
“Good food, good loving, and a good truck were all I wanted for Christmas,” said the 37-year-old warehouse worker sporting a swollen-shut right eye.
“Now the trucks gone, the wife’s gone, and she even broke the crock pot.”
Police and fire responded to a duplex in the city’s southeast after neighbors called emergency saying there was a vehicle on fire and a woman was observed throwing armfuls of what appeared to be men’s clothing onto the flames.

Don't know if this is true or not - but sure is funny.   Maybe Glen or Jerry can verify, or maybe it was one of them!!!

When things like this happen, we don't claim to live in Ohio.  I did hear on the Toledo news that this had happened.  To clear any misconceptions, neither Glen nor I live close to Dayton.   :highclap:  Nor do I want to live close to Dayton.  I did get my wife a frying pan for Christmas.  But she said she wanted 'that one' and I did as I was told.  No trucks were damaged in my purchase of a frying pan.

It wasn't me!!  :nono: :nono:  Thankfully like Jerry said I don't live there either!!

Besides that I have a wonderful Wife. Diane told me Thank You for her gifts. But then again she didn't get a crock pot either. I was smart enough to get her a 6qt slow cooker in stainless steel WITH a timer!!  :yoyo: :yoyo:

And my front tire hasn't been flat since.   :wo: :wo:
