Title: Remington R-51
Post by: CCP on January 03, 2014, 04:57:50 AM
Its back and in 9mm. I really like this design and like Remington bringing it back and updated. Cant wait till it comes to market and see how well or not it holds up.

If it is a success i could easily see it as my next CCW pistol.

That looks pretty neat and would make a good CCW firearm.  In watching the video I did notice a little difference in the amount of muzzle lift between the two shooters.  I wish my holds would be more like the first shooter.

Cool lil piece, The fact it is chambered in something other than a 32 or 380 makes it much more appealing, plus the fact it will handle +P makes it Mo Better!

It not being a Ruger is one of the better things going for it.

That looks like a winner to me.   When I first saw it I thought it was a Walther design.   And the price is really right!   :congrats:

The article said "The price of the R-51 is pretty amazing to me. MSRP is $389!"  If the MSRP is correct it will probably sell at a little less once it hits the gun stores.  I might be forced into buying one.

Jim you can always pretend that the "R" stands for Ruger :laf:
