I was wondering what sequence you use to call for raccoon. Is it possible to call them durning the day here in ohio. What is the best calls to use and how do you identify the den sites. Thanks

I've been lucky enough to call a couple out in the day time. I shot the 1st one but never got the other 2 or 3 to keep their heads out long enough to pound them. I use Minaska's Brawling Bandits sound from their DVD. Look for holes in trees. The smaller coon don't need much of a hole at all. There are usually claw marks from the ground up to the hole. Go out after this last snowfall & look for tracks.
