In all my years of fishing I have never seen anything like this. Out on the ice fishing this morning, get a bite, puller up, and here's what I had. :shock2: :holdon:
I knew I was a good fisherman...but...really? :innocentwhistle:

Literally...hooked em both in their mouths
Very cool Jim. Is that a single hook lure? I've seen two fish caught on separate hooks on an umbrella rig, but never on a single lure.

Nice
The 2gills Kid!
A two headed fish! Good fishing.
Jerry
That is amazing and triply so if that is a single hook!
Yeah it was a single hook. In fact for those that can relate...it was a number 12 demon. Which is just .625 in length. (5/8)

The hook actually went through the lip of the little guy and then into the lip of the bigger one.
All I had was my cell phone or I woulda took better close ups of the phenomena.
Everyone on the ice was in awe too. It was pretty crazy. My best guess is that one tried to steal it from the other, and both got nailed
That's cool!!
That is cool never had that happen. Closet to that would be the time bass fishing but only one was hooked on an actual hook.

Wow, that gil had better odds of winning the lottery. I guess when your number is up, your number is up!
Good catch Jim. Never had it happen to me - or anybody that I know.
I've never seen that before either. But there is a book titled "Two Fish On One Hook" about Thoreau's Walden.
:yoyo: That's a first. I've doubled up on a crankbait a couple of times, but never a single hook lure!
