Is anybody here affected by the chemical spillage in WV?
If they get it cleaned up before next saturdays bath time, I doubt if anybody in WV will even know about it. :D

They don't know how much of the chemical got into the river, or what state of dilution it was in when it leaked. They are still testing the water but so far haven't seen any fish kills that would indicate a large full strength spill. They think it might dilute fairly quick in the river.

South of me. I'm not affected thankfully! Those that are are having a tough time, but people in the rest of the state are giving lots of support!

From the news reports we are getting out here it sounds like a real disaster. Can't do anything with the water, no cooking, no bathing, can't even boil it to make it potable. Wife and I was wondering if there is anything we could do to help out.
I'm in the eastern panhandle, so we aren't affected. Sounds like they may start lifting the bans before long.
Some areas have already declared the water safe. More tomorrow!!
