Well,
I know you fellas have been givin me a hard time about not turkey hunting, but I did go fishing today. It was a beutiful day, the water was cold, and the fish were biting. My freind and I went to the Caney Fork River, and spent a few hours fishing for trout. Between the 2 of us, we caught 28 trout (decent size) in the matter of 4 hours. It was a great day, and I know I will still get some good turkey hunting in this weekend.

Well I was the friend who went with him.. What he forgot to say, was I caught more than he did.. :roflmao: :roflmao:
It was a good day and we landed a few nice ones.. We each landed a 14" rainbow(this is a good trout in this river). Most were 10-12". I had 1 4 or 5lber come after a white roostertail, but didnt fully commit.. Man it would have looked good on my wall.
We are headed out again in the morning.
Here is a pic from the previous week from Newdogs and My trip
