Seen that a few days ago.
I called a state agency some yrs back. Told them of my wolf sightings. Reply was, "There aren't any wolves in Iowa" My reply, "Really? then your people need to spend more time in the afield". One wolf crossed sections. I got out & measured its prints with my hand. Best I can recall now days. Is the tracks were roughly 4"+ long by 3"+ wide. That wolf was cream colored with a brown splotch saddle marking across its back. That coyote hunt day was the last hunt, I had with my Dad. Before he passed away. Most memorable on all accounts.
