I put the final finish (oil and wax) on these two today and thought that I would post them. The call on the left (Amboyna Burl and Blackwood) has a home, or at least I think it does and will be sent out later today or tomorrow. The call on the right is the one that is up for sale. That one is Cocobolo snuggled between a couple of pieces of Blackwood. The toneboards are ones that I have made and make distress sounds. The comparison round between the two is .243 and I am happy to let Al know that it (that shell) has seen the light and is back to being a clean cut round. $30 will get the Cocobolo/Blackwood to your door.
Thanks for looking,
Jerry

Razor sharp buddy! :yoyo: I was looking around the collection the other day, and found one of your first calls. It is still one of my favorites. You have really got that style smooooothed out. Looking great Jerry,R.J.
The Amboyna arrived yesterday. Man is this one sweet call. And Jerry sent Cam a call along with this one. :bowingsmilie: :bowingsmilie: :bowingsmilie: First class, great guy, and they both sound awesome. If you guys don't have one of Hawks calls you really don't know what your missing. I love the tone board in the call and it makes the best distress sounds.
I got it to put behind glass but it may end up going with us in the field from time to time. :innocentwhistle:
Thanks Jerry.
Danny
