Wild blesbock horns make a good howler with natural camo design. The first 3 calls are one piece design with howler shaped tone boards giving a medium volume, old dog voice. Calls 4 through 7 use tone boards turned from cast acrylic rod. The reed is tuned by varrying the length of the air channel to match each horn. By varring the length of the air channel the reed length can be adjusted to achieve a particular pitch. On this tone board design the reed extends about 0.017" past the end of the air channel. . Calls 4 and 5 are all purpose howlers that can be played very quietly to loud. Calls 6 & 7 are very high pitched with great range. All calls in this post $45 delivered.
