Navy Picks First Female Enlisted Sailors to Serve Aboard Submarines
The U.S. Navy has selected more than three dozen female enlisted sailors to qualify to serve aboard a submarine in a historic first for the sea service as part of a plan to more fully integrate women into the undersea force.
Nothing against the women as I'm sure theres some that can out perform some men, but I hope they arent getting set up for harassment.
Wow could you imagine if just half of them were you know at the same time.[emoji40] I'd crawl in a torpedo tube and have them send me anywhere but there.[emoji54]
Code Red?..... :alscalls:
Yep code red? LOL.
:alscalls: :alscalls: :laugh2: :laugh2: :nono: :nono:
they take 3 doz out and 1/2 or more will come back pregnant...
Thats true, My first ship was one of the first ships in the Navy to allow women on it. As soon as they got on board there are all kinds of problems one of them being a high rate of pregnancy!
It does seem like it could be a problem[emoji128] I'm sure there lots of down time it would be hard to refrain from.[emoji195]
I remember back in the day they also used to share bunks, one guy would sleep in the bunk while the other guy was on duty. Is a hard life on those submarines. Sub sailors are called bubbleheads :yoyo:
I would think blue balls would be more fitting[emoji51]
