Had a week at work and needed some feeshin. So i got hone hooked the boat up and then drove the short drive to the local water. Was slow at first and was greeted with low water temps. Usually its 80's or higher now. It was at 68. Which was noce because i got into the smallies as well as the bucket mouths. Pitching a jog and pig at wood which is typical on this water. I ended up hooking 4 over 2 lbs and 2 of them were matching 3.5lbrs. One smallie and one largemouth. Both caught fairly close to each other. The other two decent ones were smallies as well. One wolfpack on a log jam.
It felt nice snatchin hawgs and breakin jaws. Aint nothing like a jig bite. Except a slap from yo mama. Lol
