Title: Most memorable fathers day.
Post by: trailtwister on August 02, 2015, 08:05:10 AM
2009 the last fathers day My father in law would be with us and I was late for the party they had.

I was in Flint Michigan a place many refuse to go for any thing collecting honey bees from a tree limb in the street from a night time swarm. It turned out to be one big block party for those living there all came to watch and brought bowl when I started cutting chunks of comb for the bare foot kids. People were so nice I could not believe the rep the city had.

I at times used a shovel to scoop up bees off the street and put them in the hive.

I collectedthe bees and took them to one of our out yards (12 back then.).

Well no one had been shot there in a week.I have since been back to other parts of Flint and collected bee swarms and did a removal. Figure since I am not dealing and only have bee equipment of value they leave me be.

:highclap: I can also whisper to the bees to take care of any one who would harm me.

OH it is true. Even as a little kid I could run across a yellow jacket nest and every one would get stung except me.
