Bought a engine to put on a snow blower I saved from a scrap pile. Ended up putting it on my wood splitter instead with the badly running B/S engine.

Had to lower the crank for the chute rotation to clear the Hemi valve cover.

Removed the chute so I could get at the impeller to install a kit. Should throw snow at least 30 feet.

Now that I can split wood with out busting a gut. it is going to be warm this winter so I won't have to burn much wood.
Since I fixed a snow blower up we won't get snow so I can play with the blower.
:eyebrownod: Al
Now that sir is impressive. :yoyo: Can't believe how many people who woulda just bought new ones.
Person who sat the snow blower out has a fella with a truck to plow his drive now.
:eyebrownod: Al
Just like brand new. :congrats:
I've heard some say it's an El nino year and will be a mild winter, and then I hear some forecasters says it's going to be a crazy cold and snowy one because of El nino. :doh2:
Looks like your good either way
Kind of figured I had it covered any way it goes. Is 20F above normal now. Fire arm deer season starts on the 15th.
One year I hunted the first week in blue jeans and T shirt.
:eyebrownod: Al
I think I remember that year too. I was in my teens and we had to wear orange. All I had was an orange winter suit. I was stark naked inside it. lol :whew:
Set a new record high yesterday of 79F. Weather people are saying a new record possible again today. Sure not a Normal weather pattern for deer season.
