I live in central Maryland area and have one of my landowners that I shoot groundhogs for request that I kill the coyotes that have been prowling around there. Can anyone recommend a fox pro unit that I can get for under $225 dollars that can call coyote/foxes/etc. I have gift cards for bass pro from Christmas that I want to use and they have several fox pro units. Thanks for any recommendations you can give me.
I've got a Foxpro Wildfire. It works just fine.
Thank you
Price doesn't matter, even the least expensive caller will call them in.
An even lower cost technique would be a hand call for volume and a mojo super critter with motion and sound for when they come in to the hand call.
Why just a Fox Pro?
A very good call on the market today getting great reviews with a remote for less than 200.00 even.

A friend has one and it is doing a great job. LOL he did have to have his grand son help load the sound in it. He says it takes some computer skills we old farts seem to not have.

I'll second that. I've heard lots of good things about Icotec too and the prices are amazing.
There's some big names using them too. JD Piatt and Tyler Higgins are a couple.

Just guessing its because he said he had a gift card at basspro & that's what they carry? Personally I prefer the hand calls.. :innocentwhistle:
Well I guess you can call me a tight wad as I would buy the Icotec caller about $160.00 at Wal Mart and use the Bass Pro shop gift card for some thing else.
Fred's Icotec GC 350 was on sale for about $97.00 at Wally world when he got it. The remote we have tested at 260 yards and it works just like it is supposed to.

The GC 500 holds 200 calls, still $75.00 cheaper than his budget.

That ICOtec looks pretty good for the money.
Works real good and the sounds sound real well. As stated the remote we have tested at 260 yards.
