I'm glad you asked that, Jim. Quinoa, the way I prepared it, is a pretty bland and tasteless grain from South America.  :puke: This was the first time I tried it, and it leaves a lot to be desired in the taste department. Next time I'll have to spice it up a bit.  ;yes;

Is it like rice? I looked it up. Looks like it needs some salt or hot sauce.

More like couscous, I'd say. Either salt and/or hot sauce would help.

Where did you buy it? Just off a regular grocery store shelf? I'm interested in giving it a try.

I got it at Aldi, but it is probably available at most any grocery store..

I'm gonna look for it. It's pretty interesting :eyebrow:
