Title: Seal Team SIX on History Channel
Post by: FinsnFur on February 09, 2017, 05:34:09 AM
Has anyone been watching this each week?
I missed last weeks episode and because of it,  last nights really through me for a loop. They finally launched their rescue mission to send in the remaining 5 seal team members and rescue Rip. When they got there, the place was shot up, the bodies of the capturers were scattered, and prisoners gone. Of few of the people that did this were still around and they all engaged....
Who were those people? And why did they come raid the place, take the prisoners and shoot all the previous capturers?
The biggest black dude that appeared to be in charge, told Rip that someone was coming to take him to his new home and that they would be leaving soon. So they come kill him and everyone else and steal the prisoners??

Awesome show...and I don't watch much TV. This one keeps me up watching though. I think the "Buyer" wanted to see RIP so he could send his cronies in and kill them all and just take what he wanted instead of giving up $10 million to them. That's the way I took it anyway.

I never thought of that :wo:
After I posted that last night I got to wondering if the relocation of RIP got intercepted, but I couldnt get my head wrapped around it.

Yeah, not a very action packed episode. I guess they have to build it up a bit for the drama effect.

I was kinda surprised with the discovery that pretty boys daughter found. I wonder how that will unfold if they remaining 5 catch wind of it.

Hmmm...my eyes may have let me own for that, I may have missed a minute or two. What did she find?

Alex's daughter was going to make a video for Bucks funeral and she wanted pics of him, so she was looting through an old camera that they had in a box of his things.

If you remember, Buck set up a surveillance camera in his bedroom cause he wasnt sure he trusted his wife. So when Alexs daughter was going through this laptop looking for pics of him she came across footage the hidden camera caught while it was doing subservience in the bedroom. It had Alex (her dad) in Bucks bedroom with his wife.

Aaaahhh, now I recall that. I didn't catch who it was in the bedroom though. I must've had one of those lapses of consciousness at the time. :innocentwhistle:

Well the first time they showed us the video, they didnt show who it was. They just showed his wife in the bedroom speaking to someone off camera.
So remember Alex walked in on his daughter while she was watching the video. Alarmed... she slammed the laptop shut and quickly said she found enough pics.

Then later... probably having a hard time dealing with it, she left the laptop on the counter with a note for her Dad. The note said "Play Me" and it was on top of the laptop. Underneath it said, "dont worry I wont tell...". So he opened it up and played it, and thats when the video showed him in the bedroom with Bucks wife.

You know you should pay closer attention :alscalls:

Yeah, I know. When the action parts turn into more of a soap opera I tend to wander off into a daze until I hear gunfire or yelling. I guess it's my built in security measure for locking out stuff like that.

Oh man...I hardly caught any of the show last night. I just couldn't keep my eyes open. I think I saw more commercials than show, and the show parts I did see were not action filled.

Oh yeah, I caught the last show. I wasn't expecting that ending at all! I thought for sure Rip was just going to off himself from PTSD or something. I guess I can resume my nightly sleeping schedule again. Good show though :yoyo: Too bad it's all over.

That was the only thought in my head too. Rip going to take the easy way out. I was shocked and pissed both.
I'm not convinced it's over now. Someone at work told me "it's called season finally for a reason Jim".  :loco:
And I'm told that Rip doesnt die from his gunshot wounds because the show is based on a real story and the real seal didnt die.

Hmmmm, well that's an interesting thought. I'll watch it again if there's another season. That will be good for sure!
