I hit a pond just before dark tonight using a little jig with a bright pink plastic grub on it and caught two big Pickerel, a bass, a nice crappie and some bluegill, fun as hell.

Sweeeeet!
Boy that Pickerel is one dark beast
Holy crap.
Pickerel don't get the credit they deserve as sporting fish, they r ferocious fighters and strikers. I was at that pond just before dark and I heard coyotes yipping in the background across the water.
What are you saying? You think maybe the coyotes were fighting with the Pickerel?
