Nope, I grow some though.
Flowers?
Are they some kind of airater? How do ya spell that? Airator?
Sorry, but not correct.
They are frogs. I've been holding off on saying what they are.
Clyde you nailed it! :laf:
I never in my life seen such a thing.
My wife was a potter and she has made and sold hundreds of Pin Frog Pots for flowers. The ones that she used were round and between 1 and 3 inches.

Yup, floral frogs are placed in the bottom of vases to hold the flower stems and greenery in arrangements.
For some reason the flowers that have their stems stuck in pin frogs last longer than flowers that are just placed in a vase.

I've never even seen one of them before. Do they still do that?
I bought plenty of flowers back when I was married and I dont recall seeing anything like those.

Some florist still have them, but it is an extra cost so many don't try to get people to buy them. The small (around an inch to just a little over) round ones are around $5 but when you start to get larger sizes the price jumps in a hurry.
