Survival tool made to break up ice, scrape ice, open bottles, and even has a hole so that it can be attached to your key ring. But when you put it in your pocket you will not scrape ice, but it will feel sharp.

I've got family in Hawaii, so I recognize a wax comb when I see one.
It's used on surfboards. The teeth are used to rough up the wax finish so you can stand on your board and the single edge is sharp enough to scrape wax off the board.
