Sorry, Jerry. Not correct, but it does scrape something.
I've got family in Hawaii, so I recognize a wax comb when I see one.
It's used on surfboards. The teeth are used to rough up the wax finish so you can stand on your board and the single edge is sharp enough to scrape wax off the board.
