I've been using the night vision a little bit lately and it paid off again last night. This is my second "Dark Stormy Night" coyote in a row- lightening flashing in the background makes for an awesome hunt!!
I spotted this coyote crossing the road on my way home from a date, went back about 10 minutes later and setup about 3/4 mile south and 1/2 mile east of his previous location. He showed up quick about 300 yards out, barrelled into the call, I stopped him at 50 yards and put one in his muzzle.

I have a patent pending on this camo pattern. I know a lot of guys get hung up on specific patterns... and this one is by far the most fashionable. The call is patent pending as well; it's complexity is unmatched with other calls on the market today! :)
Nice Shooting!!! :congrats:
I'm interested in your rifle/ scope combination. Please post some details.
Thanks,
Silvertip
The coyote is nice, but I'm impressed with the camo.

Man......them there coyotes don't care if you carry cash..... :innocentwhistle:
Nice coyote! What scope you're using?
Semp
Nice job, Jason. I share the same views regarding camo.
Brad
Nice shootin',what is that scope? ACOG?
Thanks guys, the scope is made by Night Optics USA. It's a GEN III D-760 with IR backup.
I'll let you know about the camo patterns... I've got to figure out the contract with American Eagle & Wrangler first!!!
Did you go out on a date, dressed in your camo?
Nice coyote! Hide looks pretty good still.
JD
I wonder if he's got any cash
I wish we could use center fire rifles at night, we are restricted to stupid Rimfire and shotguns. :argh:

of course the wife wouldn't think so :madd:
if you want you can just message me if you don't want to post it in here, because i know how some people get :innocentwhistle: what call did you use,i didnt see anything,,looked like an empty rifle casing or something in your mouth,,NICE yote too!!! where are you from?
thank you very much
Bob
Bob,
I think the scope is in the $3,000 range these days.
I used a JC cottontail reed to kill this coyote. No call body; no lanyard, just a sleeved reed. That's what I have in my mouth in the photo.
I'm from Southern Indiana. Near Louisville Kentucky.
Thanks JRB
i wonder if i can "hide" the purchase of a new night scope from the wife :wo: :innocentwhistle: :wo:
i will think about it tomorrow because the deadliest catch is on again,,lol
