Was out puttering before daylight on this cloudless clear morning, and got a stellar view of the moon and two bright planets low in the Southeastern sky. For easterners for whom this info is too late to see them today, tomorrow should be similar unless the planets reposition faster than I expect. I don't think my camera would pick up much other than bright spots on a black background, maybe a trace of red line beginning to show on the mountain horizon. Spectacular live, fizzle of photo op.
They were bright and made me wonder again if we are being checked to see if we're ready for harvesting.

This morning there was a bright planet right beside the upper tip of the crescent moon.
No wonder I keep waking up in the middle of the night :confused:
