 It kind of looks like the plague mask that grandma used to wear when she clipped grandpa's toenails  :innocentwhistle: :biggrin:

It is a plague mask, used by medical workers during the reign of "Black Death" in Europe. The nose piece was stuffed with herbs and other medicinal plants to try to isolate the  the workers from those they were working with.
