Here's a look at a howler I just finished up for a fellow in Montana. He had sent me a photo of a full body coyote mount that he had. Wanted a howler done in the same pose. I believe he'll be pleased.
Dave
He surely oughtta be!!!
Joe

Sure enough that looks like my coyote mount alright, but I'm over here in Ohio Dave!

Beautiful work Dave. He ought to be very pleased with that artwork. :highclap: :highclap: :highclap:
Another very nice one! A little different position on the yote. He oughta be tickled with that.
Dave another awesome call. He oughta be very pleased with that call. If he's not, send it my way.
Brian.
Dave,
I go hunting and all these others get in line ahead of me in the owner doesn't like the call. Somehow I don't think any of us are going to be getting that beauty.
Jerry
Thank you folks! This one is now in the hands of the USPS. In the meantime, I started another that hopefully will turn out according to plan? VictorV, Coyote Kate catches you hauling in another howler... And Montana won't be far enough away for you to hide! LOL! Thanks again everybody for the kind words.

Dave: OMG! Did she tell you that??????????? :shck: I just finished a deal w/ Ninthinning on the Warthog tusk and the the horn w/ the red tone board. What am I to do; what am I to do! (I need a chickenshit smilely here)
:shck: ^^^^ Now how in the heck did I do that?
Dave: Ya got me all messed up.
if you renig on the deal I'll have you banned on PM vvarmitr and you know I can do it.(http://img471.imageshack.us/img471/9719/ban2at.gif)
Damn Dave your scaring off all my customers with work like that.(http://www.forumjunkies.co.uk/junkies/images/smilies/Wink1.gif)
Get your money up front Eric!! Before his wife ends his existence! LOL! I believe getting banned will be the least of Ol' Victors problems. I had offered to do a carving on Bowjunkie's casket (if it was needed after a call purchase). It's the least I could do for VV!
I don't know how you do it, that is one awesome howler!
You are a very talented individual!
Hmmmmmm........ Looks an awful lot like a mount I have here in MT! Oh ya, that would be the mount that inspired this one of a kind creation from Dave. :roflmao: I will let you know when it arrives and comment more then. Can't wait to see it in hand.

I knew it!!!
You've got a winner with that howler Dave.
Brad
Seeing the picture it was based on makes it even better....great piece of work.
Dave,
Howler arrived today and I ripped open the package as soon as I had it in hand and could not believe that while the pictures do the call justice. It must go through a magical process from pictures to final destination because the attention to detail on this call is AWESOME!! You nailed the look of my coyote mount to a "T". Sorry to say that even though this howler sounds great, it will not see the field. This call put the finishing touch that I wanted to add to the mount. Some of the details in the mount are subtle but to the trained eye pop out. From the fire scarred lodgepole pine that frames the mount, to the Bitterroot Valley dirt, the actual spent .22 hornet catridge, an actual coyote skull that I found only a few feet away from another "dog down" on a previous hunting trip and now the great piece of working artwork that completes the package. Thanks Again!! :bowingsmilie:
Dave
I think he likes it Dave  Dave does. I mean Dave likes it Dave :shck: ....I mean
Glad the Ol' Montana coyote made it out there okay. And I am very happy you like it! Photos never seem to show the actual work as it appears to the human eye. The camera always seems to magnify the cut lines, making them look larger than they really are. The human eye cannot focus that small. So it works to my benefit somewhat, being that if the photo looks good, the call in hand will be even better! I'm not complaining! LOL!
Thanks again everyone for allowing me to post this call, and for the kind words! Means alot.
Dave
