All right let me dissect this and try to figure out what's going on. Is this only happening in Tapatalk? Or is it happening from a computer?

Well, I was able to enter a new post just now. Any electronic issue will be mine. Happened that way at work, too. Don't know what Tapatalk is and only use a laptop. I do appreciate you time and effort.

Wierd
Youve been using a lot of different IP addresses, and I thought since it worked today that you moved to a another IP, but nope.

I have been using the same laptop and internet access for many years. The only time another access was used was when visiting NY state last November for a deer hunt, Thought the IP address stayed with the device being used. Then again, I am not a computer person.

Nope you use a dynamic IP which means it changes. Most internet service providers use dynamic IP'S since they are cheaper to manage.
