There is supposedly some guys that live in Carrollton Ohio that hunt with dogs,,it does look like fun,I have only hunted Rabbit and Coon with dogs,my Dad hunted Squirrel with curs but i never did and now that he is gone i wish i did

Damn i went on there to read a few things and came across a thread titled:" SHAWN BACHMAN FROM MN UPDATE"
and it is about this dickhead from Mn getting peoples hounds from them to run at HIS HOUSE and then saying he likes and wants the dog BUT NEVER PAYS!!! keeps saying shit like i sent the check,,and even had his wife call and tell him she sent the check and it was returned to sender,,this guy has screwed a FEW GUYS on that Board the same way,,and he called the guy that he has been boning for a year and told him that now he DONT LIKE THE DOG but is going to keep the dog and the money to teach this guy a lesson,,the guy that got ripped off told good ole Shawn the dickhead that he would drive up and get the dog and Shawn told him that he would be driving up JUST TO GET AN ASS WHOPPIN,,can you believe the nerve of some people,,there are a FEW guys on there that have gotten boned by this IDIOT!!! what the hell would possess
these people to just stand by and let him get away with it? hell ALL the guys that got burned should pay Shawn a little visit

And they had another thread where a guy got his dog shot and killed while they were hunting,the guy that shot the dog said the dog was attacking his cat and dog so he shot it :argh:
It IS an interesting site so thanks for the Linky Jim,,BUT they seem to have seasonal traffic over there AND it isnt as good as this site but coyote hunting with hounds is something i would like to try but it WONT happen around here,it isnt that popular around here,,yet anyway

The only thing w/ Ohio is that the dogs aren't to make the kill. We have several Amish running coyotes w/ dogs, but they get a crew w/ shotguns only & try to head 'em off. They've been running right there in your stompen' grounds OBob.
I know a guy that's getting an AR so when they run his coyotes he can kill as many dogs as possible. :huh: Says he ain't paying taxes on this farm so they can kill what he wants to hunt. He's got a point there. :shrug:

Yeah it's a completely different sport then what most of us participate in.
But that doesn't make it wrong in my book. I still enjoy the heck out of watching it, and or participating when I can and Vargy and his crew are some of the most straight up, homegrown, honest people....and I've met all of them. :wink:

trespass to hunt coyotes with their dogs? If so, I have to agree. They have no right to come on another's property and they place their dogs in peril if they do.

A problem w/ running hounds like that is the quarry pays no attention to boundaries. :rolleye:
