Storms, crazy winds and rain for 4 and a half months kept us beyond flood stage for almost the whole summer and now Fall is officially 30 days away.
Flowers are all beat to shit, birds are slowly grouping up, hummer feeders are running out every couple days.
I'm not a big believer in the farmers almanac, but it does say our pattern continues into winter
Maybe I'm just old and cranky :laf: :laf:
most of our summer has been extremely hot. Like in the mid 90's hot and high humidity. The week or so has been great. mid to low 80's down to the 60's even 50's at night. this week is supposed to be the same mid 70's and cool all week. I hope our winter isnt as whack as the summer has been
August in Ohio is always hot and hotter. This week is predicted to have highs in the upper 70s and relative low humidity, but then next week it will be back to the 90s. I am not complaining about this week, but also not looking forward to next week.
Summer started early this year. Into the upper 90's late May and stayed hot and dry until this past week. Had highs in the 70's and last Saturday we had the first real rain in months. Almost made it home from the grocery store when it started and really got with the program. Had well over an inch in an hour followed by two hours of steady rain. Nice and cool this morning at 55 degrees.
Were gonna be in the same front Jerry. Not looking forward to the heat wave again.

I'm with Ben. Ready for fall.
I know what follows fall and I'd just as soon watch you guys sweat for a while yet.
