:holdon:
Brr! I'll keep the 46F and miserable cold humidity we have right now.
Last night during Monday night football a loud alarm took over our TV. Emergency broadcasting warned about immediate severe flooding of two rivers nearby and told people to get out. Heavy rain got heavier after dark. Water was pooling even on our high and dry lane and gravel parking area.
FWIW nature builds high capacity drainage systems in these places where it rains a lot, so when the run off in such an area gets overwhelmed and floods, you know there is a LOT of water coming down.
If it was 46° here I'd break out my Hawaiian shirt ha ha ha.
18 below? Holy moly...it's not reached those lows here yet.
Were having Okanagan weather. Nasty wet and cold. Theyre talking freezing rain and closed roads in the morning
We had 15 yesterday morning then it warmed up to the low 40s. It's warm and rainy this morning.
Snowing now, schools closed today.
