Title: Bluegills for Supper.
Post by: FinsnFur on December 30, 2025, 11:25:09 PM
My favorite time to fish for bluegills is through the ice.
We been off work for the last 10 days, gotta go back the 5th and I been out harvesting freezer fodder for summer fish suppers :eyebrow:  :eyebrow:
I'm having too much fun, I need someone to call me in sick Monday.

A couple trips harvest pics.
Only caught 15 this after noon. By the time I got out there and got set up, the sun was going down. It sucks being on vacation and not looking at a clock or a calendar.  :alscalls:

No need to wait for summer. Right now sounds like a good time to eat some to me.

I'm jelly here. We have enough ice to inhibit fishing from the bank or a boat, but not enough to go out on the ice.
