Title: Bacon wrapped oysters

My sister in law wraps small oysters in bacon, fries them and calls them Angels on Horseback.

I'm OK with oysters, seldom really crazy about them, but these things are FABULOUS!

Just googled Angels on Horseback and it's apparently a French recipe from the 1800's.

I dont know if I could do Oysters. But I'd be up for a try this way. :biggrin:

I love oysters. My wife rolls them in flour and corn meal then fries them. They are amazing that way, but this way looks even better. On my list of things to try.
