We have an air quality alert going on because of the Canadian wildfires.
Were getting alerts but I havent seen any haze or smoke yet here in Wisconsin.
Seen some insane videos of trains going through the blaze and Canadas orange skies though :holdon:
I guess Jim is just lucky. We have the haze and fumes that make it hard to breathe here in Ohio. I feel for anyone who has to be outside today.

It appears that a lot of the US is being affected by the smoke. Hope everyone is safe. The air quality alert has been on since July 15 here. The particulate in the smoke looks like a fine dust and it's covering everything. Still a lot of smoke in the air all day. The message below came up as a notification on the phone today for the second day.
AIR QUALITY ALERT THROUGH FRIDAY JULY 17...
The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy
(EGLE) has issued an Air Quality Alert for July 16 and July 17 2026,
for elevated levels of fine particulate due to wildfire smoke.
Concentrations will be in the Hazardous range.
Our air quality is listed as 800 and 300 is where the hazardous starts. Toledo said that today was more than double the record for the worst air quality ever recorded there.
Stay safe. That stuff is nasty.
Yeah the maps show it kinda going over us here, barely touching us, but then dipping down hard 50 miles East.
