Title: What the heck are these things
Post by: FinsnFur on July 06, 2007, 09:18:50 PM
Not really hunting photos but

These things are everywhere outside in the evening lately. They actually got little white fur on em. I was gonna skin one and tan it up but every time I set it down to hang up the skinning gambrel I cant find it again.

I've lived here 12 years and never seen anything like these before.

^^^  :roflmao: @ Jerry ^^^  I wonder if they taste like chicken?  :laf:

Jim,
They don't make real good pets... after laying their eggs they soon die.

We had them here a few years ago... I believe what you are seeing is the mature stage of the Woolly Aphid.

Here you go...

Check back next week for the third installment of Jim Ripley's   "Believe or Not" !    This episode features Jim with A star studded cast of fellow rednecks predator calling in the Tasmanian bush searching for the previously thought to be extinct Tasmanian Tiger.     You don't want to miss the action as A band of Tasmanian Devils are invited in to the campfire for A night of frivolity.*

*No devils were hurt in the filming of this documentary, but their offspring may be of dubious birth.
