Do Non-Residents need an Hunting License to shoot ONLY Prairie Dogs ??? I THOUGHT there were a few states out West that IF you were shooting Prairie Dogs ONLY and it was on Private Property that you DIDNT need a Non-Resident Hunting License ??? any Truth to that ???
