Title: Abalone and Ebony....
Post by: Arkyyoter on July 28, 2007, 04:52:19 PM
Here is a closed reed I made....it is from an acrylic called "Abalone", and a piece of Al Wodard's excellent ebony.....I was pleased how it went together seamlessly...it is voiced rabbit distress with a brass JC reed and sleeve....can be changed if you wish. It blows ever so softly or screams nastily....your choice.

Joe, them are some nice looking calls.   I like the color combinations  on all three. Did you turn all of those? I can't see any difference in any of the three, that's pretty sharp looking. Aaron
