I raffled of a set of calls at the trappers convention this weekend.A feller walks up buys 6 tickets I hand him a pen to fill them out and he said no thanks I have a lucky pen and I will win these calls

Hamer congrats to a set of purpleheart and blackwood calls with a lanyard

I Thought the show went pretty well for my first one.Sold 3 calls to a feller down Brents way 1 to another feller,and gave 1 to 4 year old that slept in Brents camp on Friday Night.Handed out close to 100 business cards.Had a chance to meet some folks from the board,and listen to some good stories.

Who the heck was it that donated a turned pen to the OSTA auction? That thing sold for $200 :shck: :shck: and it doesn't even call in critters :confused: I don't get it. Bill and brent were you guys at the auction at all?

We didn't make it to the auction

I did talk to the feller that donated the pen he is from PA he bought some purpleheart off me

He donates one every year and he said the most he has seen them sell for is around $160
