Can anyone tell me where I can get some precision " sighting-in " correction 100 yard targets

If I understand correctly, all you need is a ruler. Measure how many inches left or right, up or down and make the necessary adjustments.

I am not sure exactly what you are looking for, but Sinclair has a bunch of targets.  If you use this link and then type target in the search you should have a few.

I have used graph paper, and made my own graph paper a few times.  You will need to make the lines darker, but it is pretty easy to check and see how far off you are from the center.  I have used these and like them pretty well.
