It's nice to see a few calls posted lately. With the dear season break over, I'm able to offer what it's afforded me to do. First openreed is from top to bottom,
Black & White Ebony handmade toneboard
Holly band
Ironwood Body
Holly band with turqoise inlay

This call sports the first wood toneboard I've ever made and is numbered as such. I wanted to try wood because I thought the plain black delrin rod would take away from this call a bit. Over all I'm pleased with the way it turned out. The o-ring fit was achieved using two o-rings and a nice clean call body interior. It's solid but can be removed easily with a gentle twisting/pulling motion.
The second call from top to bottom is,
Gaboon Ebony mouthpiece
Turqoise band
Bocote Call body

This bocote came directly from Mr. Tho himself, Al Woodard. It's a slick piece of wood that took the wax beautifuly. This mouthpiece also sports a double o-ring fit same as above. This call can be voiced to suit it's owner.
