Title: Grilled Wild Turkey
Post by: blacky on November 25, 2007, 06:14:21 PM
This is a recipe my brother came up with.

Cut a wild turkey breast into 1" strips and marinate overnight in a mixture of soy sauce, liquid butter and garlic salt.

It is best grilled over charcoal  to  medium but not well done.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM GOOD

That does sound good, but my Turkey tag went unfilled this year.      But there is always next year.

Not all that different than what I did.

I grilled my turkey breasts whole marinaded in Italian dressing and Montreal seasoning.

Marinaded and grilled is the way to go for wild turkey.
