Title: Young coyote
Post by: Troy Walter on December 28, 2007, 10:52:28 PM
Went to a place that I just picked up this year in Michigan. The land owner has been seeing two coyotes almost every morning in his back yard. This property is not large it has one large woods about 80 acres with about 40 acres of over grown field then some large trees right behind the land owners back yard.Found a nice tree with the wind hitting me right in the face I was ready.I start right in with rabbit distress with one of my hand calls and with in seconds I see this coyote coming in fast she gets to about sixty yards and stops and is looking right at me.I put the cross hairs right on her chest take the shot. And down she went it is a young female.(http://i224.photobucket.com/albums/dd183/twalter4/briana038.jpg)

Nice one Troy.  It is always nice to have a happy land owner.  They tend to talk to other land owners in the area.
