Beautiful buck.
Was it that yellowish color from the git go, or is that the age of a bad mount showing?

Jim,
The old timer was gray around the muzzle already when I shot him, Kind of like MY hair, ya know?



The buck scored 171&3/8", but I only entered him in Pope & Young book. I couldn't afford  the extra money to enter him in Boone & Crockett.
