Had a couple guys ask about this seminar, so I thought I would post it up for anyone who would like the details.
The seminar is in Parkersburg WV on Saturday March 8Th at the WV University Branch. Seminar start at 7:00 pm and will run to about 8:30 and I will be sticking around as long as is needed after to talk or answer questions.
Seminar will be on Coyote calling and Coyote vocalizations.
It is sponsored by the WV University student government. I know they will be giving out some door prizes and running a 50/50. They will also have the concession stand open as well. We will have the booth set up with calls, video's and products to.
Also for the guys on the boards we will be heading over to the local BW3's after we get closed up.

Brent
could someone give some directions, I'll be coming Rt 50 to parkersburg.
Thanks
WVU at Parkersburg is on Rt. 47. If your coming from Rt. 50, turn south on I-77 and take the next exit which is Rt. 47/ Staunton Ave. turn left at the bottom of the ramp and go about three miles you can't miss it.
Sounds simple,
Thanks, WV_yoter

I looked at Parkersburg and found this link. Sorry I can't make the trip, I "have" to go to Florida to do some surf fishing and see my daughter in Med School, darn :eyebrownod:!! Warm sun, warm water, cold beer :highclap:, and more than enough blue sky: what a man has to do to please his wife .

Sorry the seminar was cancelled. :madd: I was really looking forward to it. But we wouldn't want anyone to have an accident trying to get here. :nofgr: It's 4:00 PM here and I just came past the college a few minutes ago. We are still having some snow and the wind has picked up and is blowing drifts across the road in places. It's still nasty out there. Hopefully the seminar can be rescheduled!! :yoyo: :yoyo:
Jim
We are going over dates this week. I am booked up for the next two weeks for sure.
How do you all think the turn out would be in April? Either that or sometime in the fall.
Brent
Jim, where are you located? Maybe we could hit some of my ground sometime and learn a little from them yotes.
or just have lunch and talk about em or something. I know about five or six guys that yote hunt around here but I do not think we have met yet. Just a little invite...I am always learning all I can and sometimes it is hard to find someone to hunt with that is dedicated to the hunt.

Brent, Early April would be great but getting into turkey season I think you would lose some people that go out of town on vacation and such. Just my two cents. Looking forward to it though. :eyebrownod:

Hi Al!! Good to see you here!! We talked back in January on the FP board about a bobcat hunt in W Va. I met up with Jim & Jason from here & had a real good time. We got backdoored by coyotes & didn't see any cats. You'll like it here.
Hey Glen I thought that was you, I have been using a little different tactic here lately and missed two on five sets and one almost jumped in my lap!! I gues I should go to improved cylindar :roflmao:

Brent, I think April would be great. The sooner the better.
Al,
I'm in Parkersburg, WV just two miles from WVU-P on Dutch Ridge Road. I own the scuba shop on Rt. 47 near the State Police barracks. Be happy to get together.
Jim
Brent,
April works good for me. I think we will have a good turnout. I knew several people who planned to come to the cancelled seminar. Hope you can get it rescheduled!!
Jim
I have a spot that has not been hunted for about six months I sent you an E-mail we will go soon. I own the property so no problem there. I am having fuel pump problems on one truck and tranny trouble on the other that might be a problem but I am working on it. :argh: I will work on some other sets and see what I have, we can probably do two or three here. You want night or day? I usually go at night. :wo:

:laf: :laf: Too bad about the misses!! Did you get them on film?? :laf: :laf:
No, it was to dark for that but that is hopefully comming soon! I got too many irons in the fire right now and every vehicle I own has broke down on ME! this week! :madd: I think the good lord is trying to keep me away from something out there and thats OK with me but I hope he helps me get back out soon for some daytime filming. I have some real prime spots in Reedy WV that have been flooding for seems like a month and when it calms down I am going to try there if I can get the fuel pump fixed on this truck the other is having tranny troubles and I am just about to push it in the creek! :argh:
I'll keep ya posted.
