The turkey call came today and it looks awesome!!!! :yoyo: :highclap:

Although I don't know a tootin thing about these box calls I can tell you it is absulutly QUALITY CRAFTSMANSHIP

Thanks Bill, You will get it, Just keep practicing until everyone you know dis-owns you and you know you are getting close to calling in the big one. :roflmao: :roflmao:
I do not buy my wood I either cut it from the log myself or someone will give me wood out of great granpas farmhouse to have a keepsake made.
This call came from my own farm(Maple) and dried in my building for two years and then I cut it into workable pieces.
I planned the flats but any curves are done with a draw knife, spoke shave and then sanded. This is just a plain call to hunt with nothing fancy but I was going to hunt with this one myself if no one bought it before season.
Now I gotta make me one. :doh2:

Well it aint got broke yet & I woulda had that sucker but Bill's 7yr old Grandson got to it 1st. Now I aint afraid of Bill none but I think that little feller was at just the right height to put a hurtin on me!! :wink:

Yep and Kurtis held on to that call the whole way home.Well He was practicing his turkey calling
I think I found my hunting pardner for turkey hunting.

He don't know all the little tricks there are to a box call I am sure but those little clucks he was getting
out of the box sounded real good to me :yoyo:
